Please note: ALL rooms are paid in full upon check in for the full period in which they are booked. If required an extension of stay will be granted if the room is available and the full additional payment will be paid upon confirmation.
Discounted monthly charges are plus electricity In high season ! Many rooms are booked well in advance. To make sure that a specific room is available a 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure a room for the following year
Due to the high demand for the location of the hotel and the high standard of the large well appointed rooms the above rates are not negotiable.
